We’re so excited to launch our NEW 2026 Mentor Program!
Kicking off in #Melbourne on March 30th, heading to #Perth on March 31st, and wrapping up in #Brisbane on April 13th.
The DCI Mentor Program is not an entry, level course. It is designed for hairdressers who feel ready to move beyond simply doing the work and stepping into a deeper conscious understanding of who they are and who they wish to become.
In 2026, the Mentor Program enters a defining new chapter, grounded in the principle of identity. Every cutting technique is taught with purpose, intention, and point of view, allowing hairdressers to develop work that feels distinct, considered, and unmistakably their own.
The program focus for 2026 spans long and medium lengths, with a deliberate emphasis on shorter hair, re-establishing the master cutter approach as the benchmark for modern, sustainable hairdressing. This direction builds calm confidence and technical authority through refined, high-level shapes that naturally attract new clients and foster long-term loyalty.
Our cutting approach is designed to work with every face shape and bone structure, so your work creates real, visible change your clients can see and feel immediately. This builds confidence in you, strengthens the client connection, and earns long-term trust.
