For over a decade, DCI has taught students the synonymous Mentor Program.

NOW, DCI collates each year’s techniques from the MENTOR program and condenses them into 5 core modules over 2 days in a hands on workshop.

The MASTER 2-Day workshop is designed to inspire hairdressers, by developing confidence and consistency with progressive techniques, plus the very best client engagement and communication techniques, to help your work be understood and respected.

The goal is to give hairdressers a fresh, modern confidence in hair cutting and hair styling, so that salon clients return.

Our philosophy is, “the more you learn, the more you earn in your salon”. We are committed to assisting your growth, teaching the importance and value of style currency in your work, and ultimately positively changing your life.

In 2024, the techniques taught are drawn from the latest collection, FUSION, ensuring that you stand out among other hairdressers.
